We serve businesses engaging in transactions in fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, and the financial institutions that serve them. We counsel clients in enforcement of PACA trust rights, defense under PACA, and PACA administrative, disciplinary and reparations matters. Our clients include shippers, suppliers, wholesalers, brokers, dealers, retailers, lenders (including banks), and owners and officers of PACA-licensed businesses. WBC represents clients in matters regarding the PACA Branch of the U.S. Department of Agriculture in reparations matters and disciplinary proceedings arising under PACA. Much of the PACA work involves active litigation.
